Free to be green.

In order to be green-recycle-people and also for the sake of fashion (mainly) we have decided to host a swap party. A swap party requires a few guests (the more, the merrier) and perhaps a bit of food to snack upon. Each person then brings several items of clothing, this can range from shoes to belts to shirt. All items will then be placed on a table and all of the "swappers' can then try on all the different items which they like. At the end it is decided who gets what. THe items that are left over are then donated to a charity of your choice.

Our party that we had was rather small but still highly enjoyable. May here scored a very cute shirt saying "free to be green" and I ended up with a pair of gladiator sandals (fake leather of course!). We snacked upon veggie spring rolls, cookies and sipped on our orange juice and water.

A pretty cool idea that can scored you a whole new outfit, while you discuss clothes with your mates AND you're recycling at the same time. Can it get any better?
